Our nonprofit center has been proudly caring for the children of members of the Officers' Wives' Club for over 40 years. The staff is dedicated to providing your child with a strucutured curriculum in a safe, modern environment. We believe that our staff, programs, and facilities are among the best offered to your children during this formative time in their lives.

There are three different programs offered at PPCCC:

Drop-In Program: The Drop-In program is designed for children between the ages of three months and twelve years. This is a year-round program.  Reservations are required and are accepted in person or by phone during normal operating hours. When making a reservation, a drop-off and pick-up time is required. These reservations can be made up to three (3) working days in advance. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance for all Officers' Wives' Club Executive Board sponsored functions, Hidden Talents Volunteers, Navy Relief Volunteers and Key Volunteer training.

Preschool Program: The Preschool is composed of two separate programs according to age. Developmentally appropriate classes are designed for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds. Children must be 3 or 4 years of age by October 16 and must be toilet trained.These programs are offered September through May. Parents must sign a payment contract when registering for this program.

Summer Camp Program: During the month of June there is a Summer Camp program that offers special activities for children ages three years and older. Children must be toilet  trained.

Registration: Your child is eligible for any of these programs if you are a member of the Officer's Club and of the Camp Lejeune Officers' Wives' Club. PPCCC has OWC membership forms and is able to accept  the membership fee to join the Officers' Wives' Club. Your child must be between the ages of three months and twelve years and be in good health. Your child's immunization record is required for registration and must be up-to-date in accordance with the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Tuition and Fees:

Annual Registration effective every June 1:

First Child- $25.00

Second Child- $15.00

Third Child- $10.00 ($50.00 cap per family)

Drop- In fee is $2.50 per hour per child.

Preschool Program:

3 Year-Old Two Day a week- $80.00

3 Year-Old Three Day a week- $100.00

4 Year-Old Four Day a week- $120.00
