Who Can Join? OWC membership is open to spouses of active duty and retired officers whose
spouses hold membership in the Commissioned Officers' Mess (Officers' Club) at
Camp Lejeune, MCAS Cherry Point or MCAS New River, and to surviving spouses
who hold membership in their own right in one of those clubs. Membership is also
open to: active duty and retired women officers, spouses of civilian Department of
Defense (DoD) employees (including DoDDS teachers); and adults who are bona fide
family members residing in the sponsor's household. Sponsors of these individuals
seeking OWC membership must be members if the Camp Lejeune Officers' Club.
Civilian DoD women employees (including DoDDS teachers) holding membership
in the Camp Lejeune Officers' Club may also join the OWC.
